Just got back from a mini Florida wellness retreat with my girlfriends. I wanted something to remind me of my amazing visit. Saw the cute Dolphin stone and granite candleholder knew this was the kit I had to have!  I added some seashells from the beach and it makes a perfect little altar and reminder of my visit. Love the Lemon Grass mini candle fragrance, too. Very soothing scent!  Looking forward to ordering more!

My very dear friend sent me a @9intentions spiritual growth kit for my birthday. I had been waiting for the opportunity to delve into this beautifully curated box of goodness since my package arrived in January and finally found the perfect moment last night: a date night for myself to watch the full moon rise. Prior to having children I used to travel a lot and a lot of these times I was traveling solo. I love my alone time and one of the most challenging things I dealt with initially as a parent was feeling guilty when I take time for myself. Not as much anymore as my recovery has taught me the importance of this time alone to be crucial in order for me to maintain my sobriety. I am fiercely independent and as an extreme empath I need solo time in order to recharge my energy.
