Returns policy

30-day return policy

We hope you love your items but if you don’t we do have a 30 day return policy. 


How to request a return 

Please email us at hello@9intentions.com. If we accept your request, we will send you instructions on how to send us your package back. You will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, you must have a proof of purchase receipt and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging. 


Please note: We cannot accept items without an email request to us first.


Refunds

Once we receive and accept your return, we will send you an email notifying you that your refund was approved and you will receive a credit to your original payment method. Refund time depends on how you paid for your item. 


Non-returnable items

  • Custom or special order products we made specifically for you.
  • Sale items or Gift Cards


Exchanges

If you’d like to return an item for another, you will have to return the one bought first and once it is received, you will receive a credit to purchase a new item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item. We will make every effort to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
